On Saturday, 24 October 2026, Lanzarote once again welcomes athletes from around the world for one of the island’s most exciting sporting events, Ocean Lava Lanzarote.
Set in Puerto del Carmen, this spectacular triathlon combines swimming, cycling and running against the unique backdrop of Lanzarote’s volcanic landscapes and Atlantic coastline.
Whether you are taking part or simply want to experience the atmosphere, Ocean Lava is a fantastic opportunity to see another side of Lanzarote.

The Olympic race and relay start at 08:00, followed by the Supersprint at 08:10 and the Kids race at 09:30.
